- Cancellation Window & Conditions
All Trip must be cancelled 30 Days prior to Trip Starting Date for Full refund. - No-Show or Late Cancellation Policy
- There will be NO refund for No- Show or Late Cancellation. Renter Company might consider for a partial refund depending on each situation.
- Early Returns
- There will be no refund for early return. Due to any mechanical issue of the vehicle, Rental Company reserves the right to exchange the rental vehicle with another similar vehicle.
- Refund Process Timeline
- For any eligible refund , Rental Company will process the Refund, and the Credit Card company will apply credit to renter per the guideline of the credit card company.
- Contact Information for Refund Requests
- For any eligible refund, the renter should contact rental company using phone number listed or sending email to rental company.
6.Refund Exceptions (if applicable)
There will not be any other exceptions besides the Refund Policy as stated above.
